Additional notices
Cookies & tracking
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the site secure, remember your session, and understand basic, aggregated usage. We do not sell tracking data or run third-party advertising networks. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time, though some features may stop working.
Acceptable use
When using our site, community, and services you agree not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, and not to post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We may suspend access that violates these terms or puts other members at risk.
Refunds & billing
AIR Plus is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the current period. Project work is quoted and invoiced individually — refund eligibility for custom work is defined in your project agreement. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Intellectual property
The AIR name, brand, and site content are owned by AIR Network. Deliverables produced for a client are transferred per the terms of that client agreement. You retain ownership of the materials and content you provide to us.
Governing terms
These notices supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where a conflict exists, the specific document for that subject controls. We may update these documents periodically and will reflect changes by updating the “last updated” dates on each page.
