Terms of Service

1. Who we are

AIR (“we”, “us”, or “our”) builds, grows, and operates online communities and provides related services including Discord growth, server development, website development, community management, promotions, and automation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use our services. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Services and service requests

When you submit a service request through our website, you authorize us to contact you about your inquiry. Submitting a request does not create a binding contract; project scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed separately in writing.

4. AIR Plus membership

• AIR Plus is a recurring subscription billed at $4.99 per month unless otherwise stated.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time through the billing portal on the AIR Plus page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Membership perks are provided on a best-effort basis and may change over time as the AIR network evolves.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

5. Refunds

AIR Plus payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringes the rights of others in our community spaces.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The AIR name, logo, website, and content are owned by AIR or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use our brand assets without permission.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
