Refund Policy

Website projects

• A full refund is available if you cancel before AIR begins project work.
• Once work begins, payments cover reserved production time and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• After delivery or approval of the agreed scope, the project fee is non-refundable. We will correct in-scope defects reported within 14 days of delivery.
• Add-ons or extra work requested after approval are billed separately.

Care plan

• You may cancel the $60/month care plan at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal.
• The current billing period is non-refundable except where required by law.
• A failed payment receives a 7-day grace period. After that, hosting, security monitoring, and care-plan services may be paused until payment is resolved.

Disputes

Contact us first so we can review the order, delivery status, and any alleged defect in good faith. Stripe may also provide its standard payment dispute process.
